Navy blue 10 oz. linen has been used to create this soft apron. Now the most popular apron design in my shop is available in this fun, easy-care fabric. The 100% linen fabric has been machine washed and machine dried 5 times prior to apron construction. Linen fabric is so versatile, carefree, and livable, that you will love wearing it. Derived from the stem of the flax plant, linen is one of the world’s oldest textiles. Linen is one of the most breathable and absorbent fabrics, ideal for hot temperatures...The more you wear it and wash it, the softer it gets...and no need to iron...Just wash, dry, and go... Part of the charm of linen is the casual rumpled appearance! This style of apron is designed to be so easy to put on and take off-- with no ties, buttons, or fasteners of any kind. Simply slip the apron over your head like a t-shirt and slide your arms into the generous openings to put it on. The apron rests totally on the shoulders, placing no strain on the neck. Super comfortable for all-day wear! Apron fully covers your clothing for protection while you are working around the house, but is completely split up the back (to the band at the top) to allow freedom of movement. Extra-large patch pockets are so handy for many purposes. The apron is gathered in front and back where it attaches to the top bands and fits many sizes due to its unique design. Many of my customers wear this apron as a pinafore top over a t-shirt and leggings since they don't cook. *Please note: This apron is a dark navy blue in color. I have lightened the photos a little bit in my editing software to show the details better. Great care and attention are paid when I make these aprons-- there are no exposed seams or raw edges showing on my aprons! All raw edges & seams are neatly enclosed for a sturdier and longer-lasting finished product.

APRON CARE:
100% linen fabric has been pre-laundered by Laurie prior to cutting. Feel confident that it will not shrink when machine washing in cold water with mild detergent. Wash dark colors separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat, removing while still damp. With linen aprons, wrinkles are a desired part of the charm, but you may press (on the wrong side of the apron) with a medium-warm iron if desired.
