Order made-to-order items by December 4 to receive by December 24.
Order "ready to ship" items by December 18 to receive by Christmas.

Most items in my store are sewn AFTER order confirmation so they may take 1 to 2 weeks to ship.   Items in the READY TO SHIP section ship ASAP.    Use coupon code - FREEGROUNDSHIP - for orders over $35 (free shipping orders will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage)

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping (domestic orders only)

All orders are shipped via the USPS.  Unless otherwise specified in the item description, items in my shop are made after order confirmation and they may take 1-2 weeks to ship depending on the current production schedule. (*Some items are already sewn & will ship ASAP. Find those items here.) Note that the shipping times do not equal delivery dates, which are subject to USPS operations.

PLEASE NOTE: I do my best to ship as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee that the item will ship sooner than the longest estimated processing time.

The USPS estimated delivery times are 2-5 days for domestic First Class mail, and 1-3 days for domestic Priority Mail.  Please note that these are only estimates as USPS does not guarantee a delivery date for any of their services. Holidays or severe weather events may cause delays. 

*** I no longer accept international sales.  Selling internationally has become too complicated with all of the taxes, duties, packaging regulations, etc.  It's too much to keep up with and keep in compliance for every different country.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Returns 

Don't hesitate to get in touch with me (within 14 days of receiving your order) to discuss returning an item.  I want my customers to be happy with the item that I've made for them.  Items purchased from Laurie's Gifts can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the order.  (These deadlines make my policy compliant with EU laws.  Some exclusions apply.  Please read to the end of this policy for full details.)

Items returned in the same brand-new, resellable condition as they were received will be eligible for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for paying return postage plus tracking & insurance that are required.   Please include a copy of your invoice with the return to ensure that your refund is correctly processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

WHAT DISQUALIFIES AN ORDER FOR RETURN?
🚫 Signs of wear, use, or damage (including but not limited to:  food/ stains/ cosmetics/ human or pet hair; perfumes, smoke, or other pungent odors, etc.)  
🚫 Damage that occurs due to improper packaging for return shipment (Please package the item carefully to avoid a loss.)

PLEASE NOTE:  Used items that have been
🚫 altered
🚫 worn
🚫 laundered, or
🚫 discarded after receipt
cannot be returned and do NOT qualify for a refund.

EXCHANGES:  
I am unable to process exchanges.  Instead, please return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired replacement. You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping costs after the returned item is received here. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.  (It may take 5 to 10 business days for your refund to hit your account.)  You are free to reorder before the original order is returned ~OR~ you can wait for the return/ refund to be processed before reordering, depending on how quickly you need the replacement.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
🚫 PERSONALIZED (EMBROIDERED) ITEMS: If your purse or apron has been personalized with embroidery, it is not eligible for return. This makes the item ineligible for resale in my shop to the general public.
🚫 INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOMIZED ITEM: If your purse or apron has been customized with materials specifically requested by you, OR if the item has been altered by your request-- it is not eligible for return. These changes make an item too "single-customer-specific" and thus ineligible for resale.
